Man Sues White Castle Claiming Seats Do Not Accommodate Larger Customers
Do you think White Castle is at fault here? Should they completely remodel the restaurant because of one man?

I think that the man has a good reason to sue white castle but its not like white castle did this on purpose. They just have seats and tables made for their company its not like they just make them big so even if your small its way bigger than you. I mean i see where he's coming from because he's kind of a big guy but i mean it isn't that serious. He could of just gave them a comment in their comment box or call the comment number for them.

ReplyDeleteI think that the man is blowing the situation way out of proportion, and he just needs to stop eating white castles and lose some weight, white castle should not have to remodel. He is wrong for suing.
ReplyDeleteI dont think its a resturants fault how big the man is . If he couldnt fit in the seats then he should have taken his order to go . Thats a personal issue and doing the resturant over is a waste of money because the average size person can fit in a booth .

ReplyDeleteI think white castle is at fault because its their job to satisfie their costumers, and for that man to sue them im completely with him. its not fair to overweight people that cannot fit in thoes chairs and have to deal with the laughter of people and getting emmbarressed. so i agree with him 100% thats just like them satisfing childen with high chairs and booster seats. I think they should remodel the restraunt, that one man could possibly stop business there just because of that problem.

Yes i think the man is in wrong to sue white castles because they did nothing wrong to deserve it i think he's just doing it for the money cause now and days people do stupid stuff for money it don;t matter if the people did anything wrong or not...
ReplyDeleteI don't think that White Castle is at fault but to avoid future problems like this they should remodel the restaurant so that custemers feel comfortable eating there. I also think the man is just money hungery and just looking for away to draw attention.
